On the 3rd September 2012, 3 guests join the Marine Biology Snorkelling with Pom Pom Island Resort Marine Biologist, Melissa Mangalis.

Marine Biology Snorkelling is an extraordinary activity that organized by Pom Pom Dive Centre under Pom Pom Conservation & Restoration Program. The method quit simple as normal snorkelling but will have extra briefing and debriefing after the snorkelling session.

This time we saw many things underwater such as Green turtle, Hawksbill turtle, stone fish, scorpion fish, eggs of nudibranch, nudi’s, zebra moray eel, clouded moray eel, crocodile fish, porcelain crab on the anemone and of course beautiful corals.

They really enjoyed it. After the snorkelling session on the afternoon, we continue the session during night time for the debriefing session for the marine life that we spot on the afternoon and also Questions and Answer session with the Marine Biologist.

Before they leaving, a certificate of participation been given as a remembrance from Pom Pom Island Resort.
